Sandi Klein’s BIO:
Sandi has been up and down the AM/FM dial for more than 30 years as both a reporter and anchor (morning, afternoon and evening drive slots)* – the last 20 as an anchor at 1010 WINS radio.
In addition to hosting several public affairs programs she also was the co-host of “Arts Alive from the Algonquin,” a 52-week series (1989-1990) broadcasted Sunday afternoons from Manhattan’s Algonquin Hotel. Each hour-long conversation was broadcast live on public radio – WNYC and KUSC in L.A. Guests included Kurt Vonnegut, Wynton Marsalis, Wendy Wasserstein, Ben Vereen, Isaac Asimov, Colleen Dewhurst, and Edward Albee.
